Precious   is a drama movie directed by http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee_Daniels. It’s based on the novel Push by Sapphire written by http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geoffrey_S._Fletcher. This film was premiered at Sundance Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival without any distributor. The story of Precious is about a girl called Clarice Precious Jones. She is sixteen years old and she has big dreams like any other girl. She wants to be in videos and wants to see herself on magazine covers. And like other girls, she has some difficulties. She is still reading in high school and she is pregnant. She wants to overcome these difficulties and wants to fulfill her dreams.
At first the name of the movie was “Push” but it was changed to Precious later. Motion Picture Association of America gave it an “R” rating for the use of pervasive language and sexual assault. The story of Precious is very unique and you will be moved after watching the movie. The entire cast nicely played their roles and Lee Daniels also showed her creativity in this movie.
